JF Obdulia's Business Inn
JF Obdulia's Business Inn is a good moderately priced (P900+) option. It's in a great location near the market and park.
I have not personally stayed here but I have seen the rooms and know people that recommend Obdulia's. The rooms looked clean and the staff is friendly. This is a nice, safe place to stay in Dumaguete and you can't go wrong staying at Obdulia's.
